Michelle La Pierre acts as corporate counsel to Croll & Co. Michelle is the managing principal and owner of La Pierre Law Office, which was established in 1982. Michelle offers Corporate and Business Law services, which encompasses many different legal areas, from the starting of a new business, buying or expanding an existing business, re-organizing a financially troubled business or dealing with issues of insolvency.

Specifically, Michelle can provide services and advice with respect to the following:

• starting a new business
• purchase and sale of businesses
• incorporation and organization of federal and provincial companies
• municipal, provincial and federal registration
• extra-provincial registrations across Canada
• shareholders agreements, partnership agreements
• franchises
• corporate re-organization and re-structuring

Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), as well as a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ottawa.
