Amy’s practice focuses on trademark portfolio management for both domestic and international clients. She advises clients on all aspects of brand development, protection and management. Amy has expertise in complex clearance and registrability opinions and manages all domestic and foreign trademark filings and prosecution. On a pro bono basis, Amy regularly advises small businesses on how they can properly use and mark their trademarks.

Amy also specializes in domain name dispute issues and represents clients before the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). Amy is an active member of the International Trademark Associations Internet Committee.

Amy is a registered trademark agent with the Canadian Trademarks Office.
